Traffic Authority Approves Four New 25 MPH Zones
Norwalk's Traffic Authority approved three 25 mph speed-limit requests for Woodbury Avenue, Rowayton Beach and Calf Pasture Beach neighborhoods, sending each to the state Office of the State Traffic Administration for final sign-off.
